Civil Air Patrol (CAP) is an aviation-oriented volunteer auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
CAP has three missions:  Emergency Services Aerospace Education, and the Cadet Programs.
Remember, you do not need to own an aircraft or be a pilot to join CAP.
Acceptance is determined by the squadron and through the National Headquarters.
Although membership is selective, CAP prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color,
national origin, disability, sex or religion.
